ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Account Executive requires an outgoing personality and a positive attitude. Previous experience in sales or recruiting is preferred but not essential. Must be able to work in a team environment. Willingness to work the telephone is essential. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and the Internet is helpful.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify job openings with new clients and recruit, screen and qualify job Candidates for open positions. Manage the entire placement process from job order to fulfillment.

Base salary plus aggressive commission structure. Realistic first year total compensation $45k to $60k. Realistic second year total compensation to $90k plus!

PROJECT COORDINATOR/INTERNET RESEARCHER
Project Coordinator/Internet Researcher requires an outgoing personality and a positive attitude. Previous experience in Human Resources or sales is desired but not essential. Must be able to work in a team environment. Willingness to work the telephone and Internet is required. A working knowledge of Word and Excel is helpful.

Recruit, screen and qualify job candidates for open positions provided by an Account Executive.
